This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about your family. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera, that is what I am here for, to guide you. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowy, and my only goal is to capture your true family dynamic.

STEP 01
First we chat
First we chat, I like to get to know my clients and I want you to know a little about me too. I do my best work & your family will be their most comfortable after we have had a chance to go over things! Then, I will walk you through the booking process. I am with you each step of the way, and any time you have a question I'm only a text or a phone call away.
STEP 02
Planning & styling
With each session, there are two options: in-studio lifestyle and outdoors! We sit down and plan your session top to bottom. We always include siblings and I highly encourage you and your spouse to participate as well! I am a photographer who values family, so in each session, you do with me, everyone is always included (if we can we will even include your pets!) Safety is also something that is a top priority to me. I was a NICU nurse for some time and I am also safety-certified in properly wrapping and posing.
STEP 03
Picture time
Your session is here! Take a deep breath and get ready to have some fun (no really, it'll be a blast). I say good riddance to awkward poses and contrived gimmicks - I'll help you feel comfortable and at ease in front of my camera, so your photos reflect your true personalities. In the guide I send you we talk about how to prepare your family for photos, we don't ever put stress on kids to "preform" or smile, they will do that all on their own I promise! By the time your big day rolls around, everything will be ready to go!
STEP 04
gallery delivery
My turn around time can vary, but expect about 2-3 weeks (business working days). I will deliver your online gallery, you will see your beautiful images & select which collection is right for you, from there you can order prints & other products that fit your family that will be shipped directly to your door!

Safety is also something that is a top priority to me. I was a NICU nurse for some time and I am also safety-certified in properly wrapping and posing your baby. Please, when looking for a photographer always make sure they are certified in newborn safety.
Milestone sessions are a wonderful way to document how far your sweet baby has come over the first year. This is more like a family session with me, the only difference is we add cake and a bubble bath. So, we focus on family shots, then move to individuals of that sweet one-year-old in an adorable outfit. We smash some cake and the clean-up with a bubble bath!
Family sessions are organic and unique to each family. I put you in natural "poses" that will guide you to interact with your loved ones on a completely organic level, sparking that genuine laughter and smile! We play games, laugh until it hurts, get messy, and have fun! (Yes, even husbands!)
