We’re so excited to photograph your Argyle Softball athletes this season.
Each team has been assigned its own dedicated photo session date and time block. Team photos will be taken first, followed by individual player portraits. Every athlete will receive a focused, efficient session designed to keep things moving smoothly and stress-free while staying within the best light.
Each team will have its own booking link. Parents will select an individual time slot for their athlete using their team’s link.
There will be one make up day for team photos and individual portraits at the end of the season.
Bad Weather days (cloudy) will be moved to earlier in the day - Rain will be rescheduled
What to Expect
- Team photos will be taken first (approximately 3 team poses)
- Individual portraits will follow immediately after
- Each athlete receives a 7-minute individual session
- Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and run on a tight timeline
- An assistant will be present to help with details and keep things moving
Important scheduling notes:
- Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and be fully ready to shoot
- Hair, bows, and uniform details should be finished before your scheduled time
- If an athlete arrives late, their time slot may be forfeited
The Entire Team arrives at the same time, the individual slots are to keep me organized these individual slots may slightly vary.
Reservation Fee per Athlete
- A $40 non-refundable collection fee per athlete is required to secure a spot and includes one digital team photo plus two additional poses/digital downloads. This fee covers session time, preparation, and scheduling and is separate from add-ons.
- All athletes are required to purchase a collection, whether digital or print. (Athletes may opt out of individual but must show up for group)
- Image collections are selected and purchased after galleries are delivered.
Examples:
Digital Only: $40 + tax
Print Only: $55 + tax
The Hot Shot Add-On, is booked separately and is down below. The Hot Shot Add-On is optional and may be purchased in addition to traditional sports portrait collections. Hot Shot cannot be added on at the session. We only photograph Hot Shots for athletes who have already purchased this add-on.
Minimum collection investments and Hot Shot Add-Ons are non-refundable.

ATTENTION
All athletes must arrive 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled booking time listed under your coach.
Example:
If the first individual time slot is 6:00 PM, all athletes must arrive at 5:45 PM, regardless of their individual time.
This ensures we stay on schedule and allows time for lineup organization.
Please plan accordingly.
Hot shot minis
The Hot Shot Add-On is an optional upgrade available during team photo sessions. This experience adds a dramatic flame effect to your athlete’s individual portrait using a real flame, creating a bold, cinematic image that stands out from traditional sports photography.
$65.00 – What’s Included:
One professionally edited Hot Shot digital image
You will select your favorite image upon gallery delivery (multiple poses will be shot)
Firefighter present for every Hot Shot image
Flame lasts less than one second and extinguishes immediately on its own
No prints included (digital image only)
This add-on may be purchased with traditional sports portrait collections.
Important Details
Flames are created using professional materials and controlled by a certified firefighter
The flame is not damaging to equipment or skin
School-issued uniforms or gear will not be ignited
Editing time, safety staffing, and materials are factored into the cost of this upgrade
Safety & Participation Requirements
A signed liability waiver, hold-harmless agreement, and contract are required
Hot Shot portraits are optional and subject to availability
Participation is at the discretion of the photographer and safety personnel
