SESSION DETAILS
A $55 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your session.
This covers the time and talent of your photographer for the session itself.
Sessions are scheduled individually and are not shot in a team setting. Each athlete receives dedicated time to create a more personalized and elevated gallery.

Team sessions are offered at a discounted rate due to volume. Individual sessions are fully customized and designed to give your athlete a more personalized experience with greater variety and attention to detail.
Reservation fees are non-refundable and required to secure your time slot.
From the moment you arrive, your athlete will have a fully guided experience. These sessions are relaxed, efficient, and designed to bring out confidence in front of the camera.
We will start with a variety of strong, classic poses and then move into more dynamic, personality-driven shots. I guide athletes through everything, so no experience is needed.
Sessions are quick but intentional. Every pose, angle, and lighting setup is chosen to create a bold, polished final gallery.
Galleries will include a mix of:
Clean athlete portraits
Action-inspired poses
Close-up and full-body images
Optional creative edits (if selected)
You will receive a proofing gallery where you can select your final images based on your chosen collection.
Hot shot minis
This experience adds a real dramatic flame effect to your athlete’s individual portrait using a real flame, creating a bold, cinematic image that stands out from traditional sports photography.
$65.00 – What’s Included:
- One professionally edited Hot Shot digital image - shot on a black backdrop
- You will select your favorite image upon gallery delivery (multiple poses will be shot)
- Flame lasts less than one second and extinguishes immediately on its own
- No prints included (digital image only)
- This add-on may also be purchased with traditional sports portrait collections.
Important Details
- Flames are created using professional materials.
- The flame is not damaging to equipment or skin
- School-issued uniforms or gear will not be ignited
- Editing time, safety staffing, and materials are factored into the cost of this upgrade
Safety & Participation Requirements
- A signed liability waiver, hold-harmless agreement, and contract are required
- Hot Shot portraits are optional and subject to availability
- Participation is at the discretion of the photographer and safety personnel
